§ 3027. Obligation to submit reports

Every fund and the business in which it invests, shall file the reports required by the Commissioner through orders, administrative decisions or his/her powers under §§ 2001 et seq. of this title, known as the “Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions Act”. Likewise, on the same date as that required by the Commissioner, the fund and the business in which it invests shall remit a true and exact copy of said reports to the Secretary and the Bank. The fund shall immediately notify the Commissioner of any concessions, exemptions or authorizations it receives from any entity of the Government of Puerto Rico pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
