§ 2102. Applicability

This chapter shall apply to all financial institutions or holders, as such terms are defined in this chapter. Nevertheless, those sums of money or liquid assets under the jurisdiction of the courts or agencies of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, are hereby excluded.
