§ 630u. Review before the Circuit Court of Appeals

Any party that is adversely affected by a final order or resolution or decision issued by the Commissioner pursuant to the provisions set forth in this chapter or an applicable regulation, may file a request for review before the Circuit Court of Appeals within thirty (30) days from the date of entry in the files of a copy of the notification of the final resolution or order, or administrative decision.

Any party that is adversely affected by a final resolution of the Circuit Court of Appeals may request a review of said resolution by resorting to a recourse of certiorari before the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico within thirty (30) days from the date of filing in the records of the judgment of the Circuit Court of Appeals or of its resolution resolving a duly filed motion for reconsideration.
