§ 278. Petition for reconsideration

Any loan, banking or credit institution, or commercial entity which sells merchandise on the installment plan, bound by the provisions of this chapter, which is adversely affected by a decision of the Secretary, may file a petition for reconsideration, and prosecute an appeal for review, pursuant to §§ 341o and 341p of Title 3.
