§ 212. Borrowing by receiver or liquidator—Notice to Secretary of Treasury

Before filing said application, he shall send a true and exact copy thereof to the Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico who shall thereafter be notified of all proceedings concerning said application and be given an opportunity to be heard in regard thereto.
