§ 159. Annual licenses; fees

Any bank or foreign bank which is doing business in Puerto Rico at present, or that is established in Puerto Rico in the future, shall renew the license for its main place of business in Puerto Rico on or before January 10 of each year, and for each branch, including mobile units, through the payment of an annual fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each main office and of five hundred dollars ($500) for each branch or mobile unit.
