§ 81. First Monday of September; Santiago Iglesias Pantín Day

In addition to the declaration of Congress setting apart the first Monday of September of each year as Labor Day, the first Monday of September of 1940, and of each subsequent year is hereby declared a holiday consecrated to the memory of the eminent citizen, Santiago Iglesias Pantín.
