§ 62. Time to be observed

The federal hourly pattern that applies to this zone, pursuant to what is established by the United States Department of Transportation, shall be observed throughout the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. This is the Atlantic Standard Time based on the hour corresponding to 60 degrees longitude, west of Greenwich.
