(a) The month of November is hereby declared as the “Pulmonary Hypertension Alert and Awareness Month”.
(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation to such effect, shall exhort the People of Puerto Rico to observe the month of November of each year as the “Pulmonary Hypertension Alert and Awareness Month”.
