(a) The month of November of each year is hereby declared to be the “Epilepsy Patient Care and Rehabilitation Month in Puerto Rico”.
(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico shall issue a yearly proclamation in order for the “Epilepsy Patient Care and Rehabilitation Month in Puerto Rico” to be observed in November.
