(a) To declare August 5 as Arecibeño Antonio de los Reyes-Correa Day, better known as “ Capitán Correa ”.
(b) The Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby directed to issue an annual proclamation to commemorate the Arecibeño Antonio de los Reyes-Correa Day, better known as “ Capitán Correa ”.
(c) A copy of the act, once approved, shall be remitted to the media and to the Mayor of Arecibo.
