(a) The third Friday of the month of May of each year is hereby declared as the “Maintenance, Landscaping, Sanitation, and/or Conservation Personnel Day”.
(b) Every year, the Governor of Puerto Rico shall exhort the people of Puerto Rico by means of a proclamation, to render public recognition to all maintenance, landscaping, sanitation and/or conservation personnel.
(c) A copy of this section shall be distributed to the communications media for the corresponding diffusion.
