(a) The third week of the month of June of each year is hereby designated as the “Recreational Leaders Week”.
(b) The Governor, by means of proclamation, shall exhort all the people of Puerto Rico annually to express their deepest gratitude and to render a well-deserved recognition to these fellow citizens for their valuable contribution to the progress and betterment of our society.
