§ 5031. Women Devoted to the Religious Vocation Commemorative Week

(a) The week comprised between the 13th and 19th of November of the year 1994, is hereby declared as the “Women Devoted to the Religious Vocation Commemorative Week” in Puerto Rico. The Governor of Puerto Rico shall exhort the People of Puerto Rico, through an official proclamation to such effects, given at least ten (10) days before November 13, 1994, to join the official commemorative acts during said week.

(b) Each subsequent year, the Governor of Puerto Rico, through an official proclamation allusive to said commemorative week, shall designate a week to be officially known as the “Women Devoted to the Religious Vocation Commemorative Week” in Puerto Rico.

(c) The Governor of Puerto Rico shall issue an official proclamation allusive to said week, at least ten (10) days before the start of said week, which shall be diffused through such communications media as the Governor may deem appropriate.
