§ 5015a. Puerto Rican Land Week—Celebration

During the said week agricultural and cattle expositions and exhibits of ornamental and medicinal plants shall be held in various places throughout Puerto Rico, and, under the auspices of the Department of Agriculture, with the cooperation of the Soil Conservation Committee and all the government agencies of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, there shall be held in educational institutions and other suitable places, public ceremonies and contests designed to rouse public interest in the value of our land and the other natural resources of our Island and stimulate and extoll the fellow feeling and devotion of Puerto Ricans toward their conservation and enrichment.
