It is hereby provided that the Government of Puerto Rico, by means of the corresponding proclamation, shall designate one week every year, that shall be known as: “Puerto Rican Industries Week”; Provided, That the Director of Industrial Development and its Puerto Rican Industries Division shall carry out a propaganda campaign in favor of the products of the Puerto Rican Industries; Provided, That the Secretary of Economic Development and Commerce shall determine the best means of propaganda for such purposes.
