§ 5012. Day of the Blind

December 13 of each year, fixed in the Christian calendar as Day of Saint Lucia, patron saint of the blind, is hereby designated to be known and held in Puerto Rico as Day of the Blind so that public acts may be held which aggrandize and dignify the education, culture and welfare of the sightless in Puerto Rico.
