This chapter and the impact thereof constitute public interest information. Therefore, the Advocacy Office is hereby authorized to provide education and information about this chapter and its implications, since it is of vital importance that the different populations are informed of the changes and duties of the entities concerned, the new services, as well as of the rights and obligations of the people and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
