§ 705. Meetings and quorum

The Institute shall meet at least once a month or more frequently if so determined by a majority of its members or if so provided in the bylaws of the Institute.

The majority of the members of the Institute shall constitute quorum at its meetings. Should no quorum be obtained the Institute may conduct meetings to receive information and discuss issues. However, any matter requiring a vote shall be considered during duly summoned second meeting, in which case those present shall constitute quorum. All agreements shall be adopted by the majority vote of the attending members.
