§ 701. Definitions

(a) Center.— Information Center for a Free Cuba, entity responsible for gathering the social, political and financial information of Cuba, thus helping the Institute to conduct its work and studies efficiently and accurately. The Center shall remit all the information gathered and summarized to the Institute for the proper analysis and study thereof.

(b) Auxiliary committees.— Consultative bodies that shall advise the Institute on specific matters, and if so required, submit reports with their recommendations to the Board of Directors for the consideration of the Institute.

(c) Executive Director.— Chief Officer of the Board of Directors of the Institute who shall have all duties and powers inherent to his/her office as director.

(d) Institute.— Puerto Rican Institute for Mutual Assistance with Democratic Cuba.

(e) Board of Directors.— Governing body that shall direct and channel the works of the Institute.
