§ 692. Definitions

(a) Government dependencies.— Refers to all the buildings, offices and structures that house any of the three government branches of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

(b) Employees.— Refers to all the employees and public officers that work in the buildings, offices and structures of the three government branches of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

(c) Constitutionally protected expressions.— Refers to all those expressions and peaceful demonstrations covered by the right to freedom of expression as established by the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Constitution of the United States of America, as well as the jurisprudential interpretations that the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico and the Federal Supreme Court have given to this right.

(ch) Security norms.— Refers to the minimum provisions to be adopted by all government dependencies of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico that shall be used as the basis for the promulgation of security regulations in each of their dependencies, in accordance with their particular needs.

(d) Public property.— Refers to all the structures that house the offices and dependencies of the three government branches of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

(e) Regulations.— Refers to the security codes authorized by this chapter to be promulgated by the directors of the dependencies of the three government branches of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

(f) Visitors.— Refers to all citizens that go to the different government dependencies of the three government branches of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico for legitimate purposes, whether individually or collectively.
