§ 36. Coat of arms of the Commonwealth—Regulations for use; penalty

To the end of insuring the adequate use of the coat of arms of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Secretary of State is hereby empowered to promulgate regulations for the use of same, and any violation of such regulations shall constitute a misdemeanor.
