The Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs shall adopt the rules and regulations needed for the implementation of this chapter, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 341 et seq. of Title 3, known as the “Organic Act of the Department of Consumer Affairs”, and of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the “Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Uniform Administrative Procedures Act”.
