§ 532. Identification cards

The Department of Health is hereby directed to organize the procedure to issue free of charge an identification card to all persons over the age of sixty (60), who request it. These identification cards, or any other proof of age issued by the Government that can fully identify the person, shall be [sic] also be the authorization to enjoy [at half price] the performances and activities held in the facilities provided by the agencies, departments, public corporations, dependencies, political or municipal subdivisions of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the public transportation services rendered by such government agencies or dependencies.
