§ 512. Definition

For the purposes of this chapter, the term “person with disabilities” refers to any person who has a physical, mental or sensory disability that substantially limits one or more of the essential activities in his/her life, has a medical record or history of physical, mental or sensory disability, or is considered as having a physical, mental or sensory disability.
