§ 414. Compliance by the Commonwealth

The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall see to the faithful compliance of this Bill of Rights.

For such purposes, every child may resort, through a public official or a representative thereof, to the Court of First Instance, Family Relations Part of the Judicial District where he/she resides, to claim any right or benefit, or to request the suspension of any action that contravenes the provisions of this chapter.

The court, after the due procedures, shall render any order or judgment that is necessary to guarantee the rights claimed by the child or its representative.
