Any person who willingly disobeys, prevents or obstructs the discharge of the duties of the Office or of any of its authorized agents in the performance of his/her duties pursuant to this chapter, or who hinders the holding of a hearing being conducted pursuant to this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be sanctioned with a fine which shall not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) or with the penalty of imprisonment for a term which shall not exceed six (6) months, or both penalties, at the discretion of the court.
No evidence or testimony given at an executive session shall be made public without the consent of the Office. Any person who violates this provision shall be sanctioned with a fine, which shall not exceed five hundred dollars ($500), or with the penalty of imprisonment for a term which shall not exceed six (6) months, or both penalties, at the discretion of the court.
