§ 10. Searches and seizures

The right of people to be secure in their persons, papers, homes and effects, against unreasonable searches or seizures, shall not be violated and no warrant to search any place or seize any personal thing shall be issued without describing the place or person to be searched and the thing to be seized or without probable cause supported by oath or affirmation reduced to writing.
