Violations of the provisions of this subchapter and the Expressway regulations promulgated by the Secretary shall be deemed to be administrative faults and shall entail a penalty of fifty dollars ($50). Those speed related violation[s] shall entail a penalty as established in §§ 5121—5128 of this title.
