§ 5358. Posting of a sign advising the public on prohibitions and penalties

Every owner of a garage or official inspection station shall install and post a sign approved by the Secretary, in a place visible to the public, stating the prohibitions and penalties that would bring about removing, eliminating, altering or modifying the catalytic converter and related parts without making the corresponding replacement, as provided in § 5357(h) of this title. The Secretary shall provide through regulations the design, size and content of said signs.
