The Traffic Safety Commission, the Department of Transportation and Public Works, the Puerto Rico Police, and the Highways and Transportation Authority shall develop an educational campaign through the communications media to inform the people on the provisions of this subchapter.
Said educational campaign shall include, among other things, the creation of a link to the Bill of Rights of the Cyclist and Obligations of the Driver on the webpage of the Traffic Safety Commission, to raise people’s awareness and prevent unfortunate accidents. The link to be created shall be interactive, so that the citizenry may learn through a visual and auditory program to act correctly when operating a motor vehicle in the roadways while sharing the same with a cyclist. Furthermore, it shall include advice to cyclists and drivers on how to share our public thoroughfares safely.
