§ 5226. Markings on the pavement or curbs

Drivers of vehicles shall obey the markings on the pavement and curbs at all times, in order to obey the limitations indicated in subsections (48)—(52) of § 5001 of this title, and shall likewise refrain from parking, stopping or waiting before a curb painted yellow.

Every driver who violates the provisions of this section concerning markings on the pavement shall incur an administrative fault and shall be punished by a fine of fifteen dollars ($15).
