§ 5286. Passing over fire hoses

Every driver who, when driving on the public roads passes his/her vehicle over the hoses of the Firefighters Corps when the same is being used during a fire, alarm or drill or other emergency, except when said hose is duly protected or when a member of the Firefighters Corps or law enforcement officer authorizes said passing, shall incur an administrative fault and sanctioned with a twenty-fivedollar ($25) fine.
