§ 3529. Violation of basic rule

Any person who possesses, operates, sells, buys, exports or conducts or attempts to conduct any legal business in relation to heavy construction or agricultural equipment units not duly registered at the Department of Transportation and Public Works pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and applicable regulations, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be punished for each omission or act incurred, by imprisonment for a term not to exceed six (6) months, a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500), or a combination of both, at the discretion of the court.
