§ 3520. Interagency Coordinating Board

The “Interagency Board to Fight the Illegal Appropriation of Automobiles” created under §§ 3201 et seq. of this title, composed by the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works, the Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs, the Police Superintendent, the Insurance Commissioner, and the Secretary of Justice, shall have in respect of heavy construction or agricultural equipment units the same functions, duties, obligations and responsibilities as they do in respect of motor vehicles as imposed under §§ 3201 et seq. of this title.

In addition to the five (5) ex officio members mentioned above, the Board shall be constituted by two (2) additional persons, to be selected and appointed by consensus among the officials mentioned herein, which persons shall represents sectors with an interest on this issue and shall not earn emoluments or per diems.
