As to the fees to be paid under this chapter, the following norms shall be followed.
For each unit, the following fees shall be paid:
(a) and license plate $ 100Initial registration and [issuance] of certificate of ownership
(b) Annually $ 85
(c) Registration of property transfer $ 50
(d) ownership, or license plate $ 25Duplicate of any kind of registration, certificate of
(e) Certificates of exportation $ 50
The Secretary shall dictate the rules and regulations necessary to enforce the provisions of this chapter, which shall have force of law upon their promulgation.
