§ 3504. Registering units—Furnishing relevant information

The Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Justice, the Insurance Commissioner, the Secretary of Agriculture, and the Superintendent of the Puerto Rico Police shall be under the obligation to offer all the collaboration and to furnish all the relevant information that the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works may request for purposes of the Register provided for in this subchapter.

For the implementation of this Register, the officials mentioned above may provide the Department of Transportation and Public Works with technical assistance, personnel resources, equipment and funds. The Secretary is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with private entities and persons qualified to advise and collaborate in the establishment and operation of the Register.

The Secretary shall be under the obligation to establish and to begin using the Register not later than six (6) months from the date of effectiveness of this act.
