§ 56. Public service

Any person engaged in the advertisement installation business shall set aside a free space on the advertisement to be used for any public service announcement. Any person who has from one (1) to thirty (30) spaces to install advertisements shall leave one (1) space available for a public service announcement. Any person who has from thirty-one (31) to one hundred (100) spaces to install advertisements shall leave two (2) spaces available for a public service announcement. Any person who has from one hundred and one (101) to one hundred and fifty (150) spaces to install advertisements shall leave three (3) spaces available for a public service announcement. Any person who has from one hundred and fifty-one (151) to two hundred (200) spaces to install advertisements shall leave four (4) spaces available for a public service announcement. Any person who has two hundred (200) spaces or more to install advertisements shall leave five (5) spaces available for a public service announcement.

Any person engaged in the advertisement installation business shall certify, on a yearly basis, to ARPE the amount of spaces available for advertisements, and the number of spaces set aside for public service announcements.
