The Correctional Administrator shall make the following determinations:
(a) Shall determine which of the present positions of the Board that should be retained therein to perform the functions assigned to it by this chapter.
(b) To determine what part of the personnel of the Board should be transferred to the Correctional Administration to perform the work assigned to them in said agency, pursuant to their academic background or the former functions performed on the Board.
(c) To determine the facilities, property, records or other material that shall be transferred from the Board to the Correctional Administration in relation to the phases of the programs retained by said Administration by virtue of the approval of this chapter.
(d) To make any other determination to ensure the normal development of the parole programs as restructured in this chapter.
