§ 1271. Refusal to supply information requested by officers or employees

Any officer or employee who refuses, without reasonable justification, to furnish to the Administrator the information he requires and that is necessary for the function of the Administration statistics center, exception that according to law is confidential, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
