§ 784. Bar Association stamps—Exemption of public defenders and counsel =ib de oficio

Public defenders and counsel de oficio designated as such to act in criminal cases shall not be under obligation to affix the bar stamp to the pleadings they may file in the name and in behalf of their defendants.
