Under the criminal statistics shall be included an examination of the offender viewed physically and morally, and all such other indications as may be necessary for the purpose of a complete identification.
Said examination shall substantially contain the following data:
(1) Name of the offender.-His place of birth.-Residence.-Age.-Profession or trade.-Filiation.-Color.-Education.-Whether married or single.-Habits as to the use of alcoholic liquors.-Concubinage.
(2) Hereditary antecedents.
(3) Penal record.
(4) Anthropometric data.
