§ 419. Marshals—Powers and duties of person, other than marshal, executing process and orders

An officer appointed to execute process and orders, as mentioned in §§ 399—425 of this title, is invested with the powers, duties and responsibilities of the marshal in the execution of the process or orders, and in every matter incidental thereto.
