§ 311. Judicial Council—No compensation for members; funds included in budget

No member of the said Council shall receive any compensation for his services. The amount that shall be deemed necessary to carry out the purposes of §§ 307—311 of this title shall be included in the general budget of expenses of the Commonwealth Government.
