§ 308. Judicial Council—Chief Justice to preside; terms of members

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall preside over the Judicial Council. The members of the Council shall be such for the terms of their office, with the exception of the Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, and the Court of First Instance Judge, who shall hold office for the term of two (2) years or until their successors are designated.
