§ 73b. Judiciary Evaluation Commission—Terms of office

Three (3) members of the Commission shall take office for a one-year term; three (3), for a two (2) -year term, and three (3), for a three (3) -year term, including in this last group the Judge of the Supreme Court who is a member of the Commission. The terms of office after this appointment, shall be of three (3) years. At the moment of making the first appointments, the members that shall belong to each group of three (3), shall be determined.

The members of the Commission shall remain in office until their successors are appointed and take office. Should a vacancy occur, a deputy shall be appointed, who shall take office for the remainder of the term for which the member who created the vacancy was appointed.
