When the court orders the electronic duplication of the record taken by the tape recorders, the Clerk of the Court shall immediately appoint an employee acquainted with the operation of the same, who after completing his task shall certify in writing that the duplicate is a faithful recording of the original and he shall state the time he took in its preparation.
When the electronic duplication has been requested by one party, it shall only be delivered to the person requesting it through the payment of the fees provided for hereinafter and after signing the motion certified by the employee of the court which shall state the date of delivery.
