When any matter which the Chief Justice has determined by order, pursuant to Rule 4, and that should be considered by the Division of Appeals, arrives before the consideration of the Supreme Court, the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court shall pass said matter to the office of the clerk of the Division of Appeals for its consideration by the corresponding appellate session or section.
Any party who files a matter in the Supreme Court which according to the best judgment of said party should be considered by the Division of Appeals, must thus state it in the corresponding petition.
The remission of the matter to an appellate session or section shall be immediately notified to the parties. From that moment on, every motion, paper or document shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the Division of Appeals, under the corresponding title.
