Rule 3. Office of the clerk

An office of the clerk of the Division of Appeals of the Court of First Instance is hereby established, which shall be assigned to the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court, and shall intervene with the prosecution of all cases assigned to the Division of Appeals of the Court of First Instance.
