Rule 11. Petition for certiorari before the Division of Appeals

With the exception of the petition for appeal provided in subsection (a) of the third paragraph of § 9 of Act July 24, 1952, No. 11, all the other proceedings before the Division of Appeals shall be heard by way of certiorari to be issued in its discretion.
